INTEROP-VLab is the "International Virtual Laboratory for Enterprise Interoperability", officially created as an AISBL (Association Internationale Sans But Lucratif) under the Belgian law. The mission of INTEROP-VLab is to consolidate, develop and durably maintain the new European research community founded by the INTEROP-NoE intense integrating, joint research and dissemination activities in the domain of Enterprise Interoperability.

GIC is an Interop-VLab member that follows closely the developments of and contributes in the works of its Standardization Committee.
