Dr. J. Psarras is Professor in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and Director of EPU-NTUA. He holds a diploma on Mechanical engineering and a Ph.D. degree on Multiobjective Mathematical Programming applied to Decision Support systems.

Georgios Gionis holds a MSc. Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineer at National Technical University of Athens and is currently finalizing his PhD in the field of Interoperability Middleware Architectures and in particular in the field of Rule-Driven Enterprise Service Bus.

Konstantinos Iatropoulos - Senior Researcher, Electrical & Computer Engineer

Dr. Iatropoulos is an Electrical and Computer Engineer at National Technical University of Athens and holds a PhD in Building Resource Management using Intelligent and Expert Systems. During his work for the Degree dissertation in N.T.U.A. he obtained knowledge and experience of computer software-hardware, information systems design and implementation, networks, electronics and intelligent control systems.

Sotirios Koussouris - Senior Researcher, Electrical & Computer Engineer, M.Sc., Ph.D.

Sotirios Koussouris holds a PhD Degree in Information Systems and Business Process Management, a Dipl. Eng. in Computer and Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Techno-Economic systems. His research interests include: Social Media, IT Technology, Interoperability, eBusiness and eGovernment Services and Infrastructures, eGovernance/eParticipation/eDemocracy Services and Process/Data Modeling, and System Architectures.

Ms. Ourania Markaki is a Ph.D. Candidate in the field of e-government in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). She received an MBA in Techno-Economic Systems in 2008 and the Diploma in Electrical Engineering from NTUA in 2006.

Irene Matzakou - Researcher, Electrical & Computer Engineer

Irene Matzakou holds a Diploma-M.Eng. Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and she is currently a Ph.D. Candidate at the same University. She is being involved in the EU-funded FP7 project «GIC-Greek Interoperability Centre» and her research interests include eGovernment, eBusiness and Legal Interoperability, Social Media as well as IT Technology.

Anna-Krystalia Mylonaki - Multimedia Programmer, B.Sc., Hons

Ms. Anna-Krystalia Mylonaki holds a BSc with Honors degree in Multimedia Computing (Huddersfield UNI) and she is developing expertise in e-commerce, e-learning and Computer Assisted Learning. During her work in NTUA she has obtained knowledge and experience in configuring and maintaining hardware systems and networks, in the development of Web applications incorporating Web 2.

Spyros Passas - Researcher, Electrical & Computer Engineer

Mr. Spyros Passas holds a MEng Degree on Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. He has significant experience in the design and development of Information Systems for the support of government and business operations as well as in the development of Web applications for business environments.

Demetrios Sarantis - Senior Researcher, Electrical & Computer Engineer, M.Sc.

Demetrios Sarantis is an Electrical and Computer Engineer (NTUA), specialised on Decision Support Information Systems design and development. He has an MSc in Operational Research and Information Systems from London School of Economics. He is a researcher in NTUA in the Decision Support Systems Laboratory and his research focuses on implementation and management methods in e-Government projects.

Aikaterini-Maria Sourouni holds a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineer at National Technical University of Athens and is currently finalizing her PhD in the field of e-Government Knowledge Management and in particular in the area of Services Modeling.
