The final phase of the
1st Panhellenic Student Competition for Innovation is
going to take place in Tripoli, on 10th September 2010,
within the context of the 14th Panhellenic Conference on
Informatics - PCI 2010. The final phase will involve the
presentation of the 9 submissions that scored highest in a blind
peer review process among the 50 proposals submitted and the
handing over of the awards "Best WeGov Idea", "Best WeGov
Prototype" and "Best BPM Idea".
The 1st Panhellenic
Student Competition for Innovation targets the promotion of student
innovation in the area of e-Government and has been launched by the
University of the Aegean, the National Technical University of
Athens, the University of Piraeus and the Greek Interoperability
Centre, under the auspices of the Greek Ministry of Interior,
Decentralisation and e-Government and the support of the Federation
of Hellenic ICT Enterprises, the Microsoft Innovation Centre,
Oracle Hellas and other educational/scientific and professional
bodies.
