The track, chaired by Ralf Klischewski (German University in Cairo) and Yannis Charalabidis (GIC/University of the Aegean), aims at providing the latest research findings such as theoretical foundations, principles, methodologies, architectures, technical frameworks, international policy, standardization and case studies for upgrading the infrastructure and achieving interoperability within the provision of digital services from administration and businesses towards the user citizens and enterprises. The track's agenda includes the following papers:

  • "Policy Processes Support Through Interoperability With Social Media", by George Gionis - National Technical University of Athens, Yannis Charalabidis, Euripides Loukis - University of the Aegean
  • "Extracting Normative Content From Legal Texts", by Daniela Tiscornia and Tommaso Agnoloni - The Institute of Legal Information Theory and Techniques of the Italian National Research Council (ITTIG-CNR)
